Creative Hub (by theprintspace) | Shoreditch, London

If you've worked in creator commerce; music merch, limited drops, D2C for artists, musicians, streamers, athletes or fashion labels, you already understand the machine: audience → scarcity → launch window → sell-out. You know how to read an engaged following, price a limited run, and build hype into a release.

Creators and artists. who own their audience outright: no label, no management company, no platform taking half. And behind you, an operation that's spent 18 years building the infrastructure: fine art production in Shoreditch, Düsseldorf and Brooklyn, global dropshipping, and proprietary software that automates the setup so your entire job is the two things that matter: signing the right people and growing them.

The role

You'll qualify artists and creators based on following, engagement, list size, growth trajectory, and close them fast: our typical sales cycle is one meeting. Much of your pipeline comes from being physically present in the scene: art fairs, gallery openings, dinners, trips. You'll travel, and you'll work those rooms hard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Once signed, you run their commerce: the drop calendar, pricing and edition strategy, email list growth between drops, and the long-term plan that keeps raising their ceiling. You'll recognise 90% of this from creator commerce.

Your responsibilities

  • Identifying and signing high-potential creators, in person at events and through the inbound leads our brand generates
  • Planning and executing drops end to end: strategy, pricing, editions, launch, and live optimisation using real-time sales data
  • Growing each artist's owned audience (email first) between drops
  • Managing your roster's long-term growth: new products, collaborations, pop-ups
  • Working from our Shoreditch office 5 days a week: the team learns from each other in the room, and it's why our people get good fast

What we're looking for

  • Hands-on experience running drops, launches or D2C for creators in any vertical: art, music, streetwear, gaming, sport, fashion
  • Proven closing ability: you've sat across from a creator (or their manager) and got them over the line
  • A track record of owning revenue numbers, not just supporting them
  • High energy for in-person work: events, travel, dinners, late launch nights
  • The mentality that a strong result is the expected result. Our best people finish a full day and go back to the fair to work the room again

What we'll offer you

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
  • International travel to fairs and client events
  • Career growth inside a company that's rebranding, scaling its team, and intends to be the name in this space
