About the Job
We're Hiring: Creator Partnerships Manager
Remote (UK) | London-based applicants preferred
Contract: Independent Contractor (Commission Only)

Majcherczyk Creators, a creator representation division of Majcherczyk Digital Ltd, is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Creator Partnerships Manager to help build and support our growing roster of UGC creators and digital content creators.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing emerging creators while helping shape a growing creator representation division from the ground up.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing relationships with creators across our representation roster.
- Researching and identifying paid UGC campaigns, brand collaborations, and creator partnership opportunities.
- Pitching creators to brands, marketing teams, and relevant businesses where appropriate.
- Supporting creators throughout campaigns, including communication, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assisting with negotiations relating to creator collaborations and paid partnerships.
- Reviewing creator applications and identifying talented individuals to join our roster.
- Conducting introductory meetings and maintaining communication with prospective creators.
- Helping creators strengthen their portfolios, media kits, and professional profiles.
- Keeping accurate records of creators, campaigns, opportunities, and ongoing communications.
- Working closely with the Founder to help grow Majcherczyk Creators and expand our network of brand partnerships.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Passionate about the creator economy and digital media.
- Organised, proactive, and reliable.
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable building relationships with creators and brands.
- Interested in discovering and developing emerging talent.
- Familiar with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other creator-focused platforms.
- Able to research opportunities independently and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Professional, positive, and eager to contribute to a growing business.
Previous experience in creator management, influencer marketing, social media marketing, brand partnerships, digital marketing, talent management, UGC creation, or a related field is welcomed but not essential. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Compensation
This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity. You'll earn a percentage of the commission received by Majcherczyk Creators from paid UGC campaigns, brand collaborations, and commercial opportunities secured through our representation. Your success is directly linked to the success of the creators you help support and develop.
