Location: Remote / Hybrid
Reports To: Group Business Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
About the Role
Are you a confident communicator who loves building relationships and negotiating brand deals? We are seeking a proactive, charismatic, and highly organised Creator Partnerships & Outreach Coordinator to take ownership of onboarding, pitching, and managing our expanding YouTube creator roster.
In this high-impact role, you will act as the face and voice of our brand for prospective partners across the UK, US, and international markets. You’ll take charge of leading pitch calls, converting interested creators into active brand ambassadors, and guiding them through our seamless onboarding process—including our signature Optimum Health Journey programme.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love closing deals, and enjoy managing creator campaigns from first touchpoint to live integration, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
1. Creator Pitching & Relationship Management
- Lead Pitch Calls: Host 1-on-1 video calls with interested YouTube creators based predominantly in the UK and US, as well as worldwide. Present our brand, commercial terms, campaign models, and exclusive creator perks.
- Negotiation & Closing: Walk creators and talent managers through partnership tiers, clarify content expectations, negotiate fair terms, and secure signed agreements.
- Creator Onboarding: Walk new partners through initial setup—from contract execution and shipping details to brief handovers and enrolling them into our doctor-led health tracking programme.
- Retention & Support: Build genuine, long-term relationships with creators to ensure high-quality content deliverables and ongoing campaign renewals.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
