OVERVIEW:
This is a 12m FTC
As Regional Manager, Creator Marketing, you will own and lead your market, taking full accountability for the performance of your regional creator roster, the development of your team, and the successful execution of a regional strategy that delivers against both global campaign priorities and local market opportunities. You will be the trusted leader your senior stakeholders rely on for direction, insight, and decision-making, while operating with the autonomy and confidence that allows your Head of Department to trust you to run the region independently. In this role, you will bridge influencer marketing strategy with day-to-day execution, ensuring plans translate into results and setting the standard of excellence that your team consistently delivers.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Planning & Regional Ownership
- Build and deliver the regional influencer plan, aligning territory strategy with global campaign priorities.
- Manage regional budgets, ensuring spend is planned, approved, and delivered effectively.
- Own influencer partnerships up to £50k annually and all micro-influencer deals, escalating larger investments where required.
- Anticipate key seasonal moments, ensuring clear direction, briefs, and timelines for the team.
- Monitor budget, performance, and delivery risks, proactively addressing issues before they impact execution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
