Up to £26,707.20 pro rata, depending on experience
Hours
22 hours per week (shifts: 09:00–13:00)
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Creche Assistant to join our Warwick club. In this role, you’ll create a safe, secure, and stimulating environment where children can thrive through play and education, nurturing all aspects of their development:
- Physical
- Emotional
- Intellectual
- Social
- Psychological
You’ll stay current with childcare legislation, contribute to training for new techniques, and drive outcomes for the children and families we serve.

Responsibilities
As a Creche Assistant, you’ll ensure:
- Arisks to health & safety are managed in line with company protocols
- The creche environment is safe, clean, secure, and engaging for optimal child development through educational play
- Play and learning materials are appropriately provided and maintained
- Dietary record-keeping is accurate, meetings with parents/carers are well-handled, and updates are shared effectively
Requirements & Qualifications
- Essential:
- Proven experience working in a creche environment
- QCF Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent qualification like NNEB or BTEC)
