Creche Supervisor
Leading Premium Health and Wellness Group Seeking Crèche Supervisor
Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and the heart of what we do. We are on the lookout for a passionate Crèche Supervisor to join our team!
As a qualified Crèche Supervisor, you will lead a team of Crèche Assistants to create a safe and secure setting—one where children can explore their potential.
Hours will vary but will average upwards of 8 hours per week as a minimum.
We foster an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging and thrive—both physically and mentally—whilst fulfilling their full potential.

Key responsibilities include:
- Creating a safe and engaging environment for children.
- Leading a team of Crèche Assistants effectively.
- Supporting children’s holistic development through activities and support.
- Collaborating with management to uphold operational standards.
About You
As a Crèche Supervisor, you should have:
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare Qualification
- Previous experience caring for children under 5 years
- Proven experience managing a team
- A genuine passion for early years education and engaging with individuals
- Strong customer service skills
