What You'll Do.
As a Credit Control Team Leader, you'll play a key role in the success of our Credit Control operation. Using your credit control expertise, you'll support a team of Credit Controllers to deliver excellent service, achieve business objectives, and ensure positive outcomes for both customers and clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong credit control background who is looking to further develop their leadership skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Working closely with the Credit Manager and wider business stakeholders, you'll help identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance performance, and maintain the high standards our customers expect.

You'll Also
- Support and develop a team of Credit Controllers to achieve their objectives
- Manage workloads and ensure resources are allocated effectively
- Oversee customer verification checks to maintain security and compliance standards
- Monitor performance and help drive continuous improvement across the team
What You'll Bring.
You'll bring knowledge of Credit Control, Collections, or Accounts Receivable, along with a strong understanding of debtor management and cash collection best practice. CICM knowledge/accreditation is preferred but not essential.
You're someone who can balance commercial awareness with a customer-focused approach, confidently managing accounts, resolving issues, and building positive relationships.
You'll be a great fit if you
- Have a background in Credit Control, Collections, or a related function
- Possess strong account management and customer relationship skills
- Have excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Have strong communication skills
- Have knowledge of debtor legal cases and associated processes
