As a Collections Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting business customers by helping them manage outstanding balances and stay connected to the services they rely on. You will deliver great customer experiences while working towards clear performance goals that contribute to the wider success of the business.
In this fast-paced role, you will handle a high volume of customer interactions, using strong communication and problem-solving skills to understand individual circumstances and agree sustainable payment solutions. You will take ownership of your performance, continually build your knowledge of products, processes, and policies, while work collaboratively with your team to achieve shared targets and deliver positive outcomes for customers and the business.
This role is based in Birmingham.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- A good understanding of what makes brilliant customer service
- Basic computer skills
- Strong numeracy skills equivalent to GCSE Maths Grade C or above
- A good standard of written English equivalent to GCSE Grade C or above
- Ability to manage high volumes of customer interactions

- Experience working with business customers
- Experience working towards targets or KPIs
- Previous exposure to collections or a contact centre environment
- Confidence in negotiating and influencing outcomes
- A proactive approach to learning and self development
