Credit Controller - Required for this global business travel company with their UK office based in the Glasgow area.
They are looking for an experienced credit controller with 2 to 3 years experience ideally to work 4 full days per week in their office or hybrid, but they will consider full time. Salary up to £30,000 for full time, £24,000 for 4 days plus great benefits
Credit controllers duties
- Managing customer accounts and proactively collecting outstanding payments
- Building strong relationships with clients to resolve queries and maintain a healthy account balance
- Monitoring aged debts and identifying potential payments risks
- Allocating payments and reconciling customers accounts
- Preparing and issuing clients statements
- Work closely with the finance and operations team to improve process

Credit controllers skills required
- 2/3 years in credit control experience
- Experience managing customer accounts, invoicing and debt collection
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Confident in using Microsoft Excel and financial systems
- Strong communication skills
