We are looking for a proactive and organised Credit Controller to join our Client Accounts team.
This role would suit someone with excellent communication, administration and organisational skills, along with a confident and professional telephone manner.
The successful candidate will be a strong team player with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. They will enjoy building and maintaining positive relationships with landlords and tenants, while managing their workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor rent arrears across the lettings portfolio, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding balances.
- Chase outstanding payments in a professional and efficient manner.
- Liaise with tenants and landlords to resolve payment issues and arrears cases.
- Produce accurate arrears reports and maintain up-to-date records.
- Manage and recover outstanding landlord debt.
- Assist with the administration of landlord Rent & Legal policies, including new registrations, claims submissions, insurer liaison, and landlord updates.
- Support the Client Accounts team with additional duties as required.

Skills And Experience
- Previous experience in a Credit Control or Client Accounts role would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to be firm when necessary while remaining empathetic and professional with landlords and tenants.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- IT literate, with confidence using Microsoft Office; Excel skills would be an advantage.
- Professional, customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
