As a Credit Controller based in Portadown you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of existing and new customers with the purpose of controlling, reducing and maintaining debt risk.
- Ensuring systems are updated with call, payment promise and query information to maintain accurate account history.
- Building strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service.
- Identifying and actively driving query resolutions and credit disputes.
- Working closely with key stakeholders across the business to identify and minimise credit and debt risk across customer portfolio.
- Attending internal or external meetings as required.
This is a permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 08:00am to 5.00pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Prior experience in Credit Control position.
- The ability to communicate with customers and internal employees at all levels.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to your daily role duties.
- MS Office Skills.
