The Role

The Credit Controller role is paramount to the operational effectiveness and trading power of the business. The finance leadership team are keen to secure the services of an experienced credit control professional that can perform as part of a team or by themselves.

You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

  • Manage and take ownership of the credit control process on a standalone basis
  • Proactively chase overdue debt and reduce aged balances
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activity and payment commitments
  • Support cash flow forecasting through regular updates on expected collections
  • Identify opportunities to improve credit control processes, reporting, and debtor visibility
  • Process improvement across credit control
