Job Title: Credit Controller
Location: Blackburn
Salary: £27,000 - £35,000
Service Care are delighted to be working with a long-standing client of ours who are looking to expand their Credit Control team. You will be working within a friendly and flexible Accountancy Practice, assisting with debt collection from clients.
This is the perfect role for someone who has experience within Credit Control and values a work-life balance.
What you will be doing:
- Taking responsibility for the management of the sales ledger.
- Chasing outstanding debts and invoices via telephone or email.
- Assisting with statement runs on a monthly basis.
- Building a strong rapport with clients, ensuring thorough communication and effective cash flow management.
- Setting up new clients on the system and setting up standing orders, reviewing and increasing when needed.
- Setting up credit terms and limits for clients.
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Credit Control
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
