Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Location: Fully remote

Salary: £30,000-£33,000 DoE + benefits

Currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a successful and growing business. If you have a strong background in credit control, enjoy building customer relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced finance team, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the end-to-end credit control process
  • Chasing outstanding payments and maintaining customer accounts
  • Carrying out credit checks and monitoring credit limits
  • Raising invoices, allocating cash, and reconciling accounts
  • Managing Direct Debit collections and resolving payment queries
  • Working closely with internal teams to minimise risk and improve cash flow

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
  • ERP system experience
