πΌ Credit Controller
π Finsbury Park, London
Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service? We're looking for a Credit Controller to join our busy Processing Department and help ensure client accounts are managed efficiently and payments are received on time.
π What You'll Be Doing
π° Credit Control & Account Management
- Chasing outstanding payments by phone and email
- Monitoring credit control inboxes and resolving queries
- Allocating payments and investigating unallocated cash
- Processing refunds, credit notes and invoice amendments
- Reconciling client accounts and providing weekly updates
π Sales Ledger Duties
- Raising and issuing client invoices
- Generating monthly statements (PDF & Excel)
- Maintaining client account records
- Managing remittance advice and payment allocations
- Ensuring billing accuracy and resolving account discrepancies
π€ Customer Service
- Supporting clients with account enquiries
- Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues
- Delivering a high level of customer service at all times

β What We're Looking For
Essential:
- βοΈ Strong communication and customer service skills
- βοΈ Excellent attention to detail
- βοΈ Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- βοΈ Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
Desirable:
- β COINS system experience
- β Construction industry experience
- β High-volume transaction environment experience
- β Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels
