Credit Control Analyst

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Control Analyst to join one of our market leading Insurance Broker clients based in the City. This is an excellent opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career in the London or Specialty Insurance market who is looking to develop their career within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Working closely with colleagues across Finance and Broking, you'll play an important role in supporting the collection of outstanding premiums, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. If you enjoy problem-solving, building relationships, and working with financial data, then this will be an excellent role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the collection of outstanding insurance premiums and proactively follow up on overdue balances.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and counterparties to facilitate timely collections.
  • Work collaboratively with Broking and Finance teams to investigate and resolve credit control queries.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of client and insurer accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Produce regular credit control reports and provide accurate management information.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance the efficiency of the Credit Control function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
