Wrapology (International) Ltd is a global packaging specialist registered in the U.K, Hong Kong, and China, dedicated to helping brands realize their vision through high-quality, sustainable packaging solutions. Since 2001, the company has supplied iconic brands in Beauty and Fragrance, Fashion and Retail, Food and Drink, and Jewellery and Accessories worldwide. Products are developed, prototyped, and tested in London, manufactured in company-owned factories in China, and distributed through a network of centers in Asia, Europe, and America. Senior management and major shareholders based in London and China oversee international operations, supported by expert local teams who are passionate about responsible packaging and delivery. Wrapology is committed to ongoing sustainability improvements and collaborates closely with brands to meet environmental and compliance goals.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dual-role professional to bridge our sales administration and finance functions. You will support the sales team with order processing while proactively managing customer accounts to ensure timely payment. This role requires a systems-focused operator who thrives on data accuracy and is comfortable liaising between internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
Credit Control & Collections
- Proactively contact customers via phone and email regarding overdue invoices, maintaining a professional and diplomatic manner.
- Reconcile complex customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies quickly.
- Allocate cash receipts and update customer records within the accounting system.
- Assess credit limits and payment terms for new and existing customers based on credit history.
- Escalate high-risk accounts to the Finance Manager while providing clear rationale.
Sales Administration Support
- Check sales orders, quotes, and contracts accurately into the CRM/ERP system.
- Work with Finance team and logistics team to ensure invoices are correctly processed.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and credit notes for the management team.

Candidate Profile
Essential Skills & Attributes:
- Organised: You can manage 100+ accounts simultaneously without missing a follow-up deadline.
- Excellent Communicator: You can be firm on payment terms without damaging client relationships (verbal and written).
- Systems Focused: You are proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs/PivotTables) and quick to learn new ERP/CRM software.
- Willing to Learn: You are open to understanding both financial regulations and the nuances of our product range.
Experience:
- Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or sales support is preferred but not essential.
- A basic understanding of double-entry bookkeeping is a plus.
Personal Qualities:
- Resilient and tenacious when chasing payments.
- Detail-oriented with a zero-tolerance approach to data errors.
- Team player who enjoys a fast-paced commercial environment.
