Essential Skills
- Previous experience in a Credit Controller, Accounts Receivable, or similar credit management role.
- Strong telephone communication skills with confidence in customer-facing conversations.
- Proven ability to proactively chase overdue debt and secure payments.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a remote working environment.
- Professional, commercially focused approach to credit control and collections.
Experience within engineering, manufacturing, or other B2B environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
