Job Title
We are working with a global property company with offices in Leeds City Centre who are looking to add to their expanding team with an experienced credit controller. Joining a high performing team, the successful candidate will support cash flow, reduce risk, and ensure all operations run smoothly.
About the Role
As an experienced credit controller, you will be joining a successful and ever-expanding team where you will collect debt, resolve queries and support with the reduction of aged debt. This is a varied opportunity, but key areas of responsibility will include:

- Drive timely debt recovery through professional phone and email contact
- Develop excellent client relationships.
- Investigate, track, and resolve billing issues efficiently
- Process and allocate cash receipts
- Manage mailboxes and support wider credit control administration.
- Identify potential bad debt exposure early and contribute to informed decision-making through accurate reporting.
- Work confidently with internal and external stakeholders
Role Details
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ever-expanding finance team, this role will be hybrid after an initial induction period, working 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of 4 years Credit Control experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel
- Studying towards / completed CICM would be desirable and funding can be provided
