About The Job
Games Workshop is recruiting an exciting position for a Spanish Speaking Credit Controller who can thrive in a business that values open communication and collaboration.
We’re looking for someone who can navigate demanding situations with integrity and use their excellent customer service skills to ensure that we maintain the highest standards in all aspects of our credit operations. Your daily responsibilities will see you:
- Accurately processing trade customer payments
- Ensuring our partners adhere to our payment schedules
- Working to minimise overdue debt by contacting international customers to ensure timely payment
Highly skilled in building relationships built on trust and respect will ensure you contact customers promptly, ensuring appropriate resolution of disputes, as well as taking accountability for opening and assessing credit worthiness for new trade accounts. Your commercial acumen will ensure you minimise financial risk by maintaining a strong customer portfolio to generate healthy cash flow for Games Workshop.

This is a key position for Games Workshop, and we’re ideally looking for someone who has a background in Finance coupled with the ability to speak Spanish to a high standard.
If you’re the type of person who is enthusiastic about maintaining high standards of efficiency to identify and implement process improvements, even in pressured situations, and to stay updated on industry best practices in credit management, we want to hear from you.

Other Essential Information
- Location: This position is granted on a hybrid working basis where you will be expected to work out of our head office in Lenton, twice a week
