Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive – Credit Hire & Motor Claims An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or CILEX qualified fee earner to join a highly regarded Credit Hire & Motor Claims team. Acting for a broad range of insurer and corporate clients, the team handles all aspects of credit hire and vehicle damage disputes, providing strategic advice and litigation support across a varied and technically challenging caseload.
Location: Birmingham Salary: Up to £46,000
The Role This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice with a strong reputation in the market, offering high-quality work, genuine flexibility and clear opportunities for progression. You will manage your own caseload of litigated credit hire and damage claims while working closely with experienced colleagues on complex and strategically important matters.

Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload of litigated credit hire and vehicle damage claims from instruction through to resolution Advising insurer and corporate clients on liability, quantum and litigation strategy Ensuring files progress proactively & identifying and managing risk and compliance issues appropriately Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering excellent levels of service

About You Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with litigation rights Experience handling credit hire and vehicle damage claims, Candidates with broader motor claims or civil litigation experience alongside credit hire exposure are also encouraged to apply Able to manage a busy caseload independently
