Credit Manager

Halliday Marx have exclusively partnered with an outstanding and internationally recognised professional services business to hire a Credit Manager for 12 months (potential for permanent transition).

This role can be fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of 2 people
  • Full ownership of a debtor ledger with ~250 client accounts
  • Proactive debt collection for a diverse customer base
  • Handling 200–300 invoices per month
  • Uploading invoices to client portals and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Close liaison with consultants and operational teams to resolve payment issues
  • Resolving client account queries and disputes
  • Cash allocation and reconciliation activities
  • Supporting Accounts Receivable processes and controls
  • Working across a multi-currency ledger (US/Europe focus)
  • Escalating payment risks to cash-collection performance

Essential Requirements
