Job Overview

We need someone to handle credit disputes for our clients, start to finish. You'll take in client documents through our intake form, fill out and file disputes across the major bureaus, and manage some accounts on the client's behalf. You'll be working with sensitive info like SSNs and IDs every day, so accuracy matters a lot here.
The work is repeatable once you know it, it's not complicated. But one typo in the wrong field can mess up the whole process for a client, so we need someone who's precise, follows directions closely, and brings good energy to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Take in client info (SSN, driver's license, account logins) through our intake form (Tally)
  • Fill out dispute templates and documents in Google Docs, including inserting screenshots of IDs and bills
  • File disputes through CFPB.org and consumerfinance.gov
  • Upload disputes and documents into bureau and institution portals, including TransUnion, Equifax, Experian, LexisNexis, ChexSystems, Innovus, DataX, Early Warning Systems (EWS), and Clarity
  • Watch for reinsertions (items removed then reappearing) and re-dispute as needed
  • Set up a verification phone number (Text Verified) and manage 2FA codes for the client
  • Set up and manage a Gmail or Outlook account for the client
  • Send physical mail through LetterStream when required
  • Log daily work and task status in Trello (voice-to-text tools like Whisper AI are fine to speed this up), and keep detailed notes in Google Docs
  • Submit a short end-of-day report (EODR) covering what you worked on that day
  • Join daily team meetings/morning reviews
  • As you grow into the role: help with business setup tasks for clients (Secretary of State registration, domain purchase, website setup via Cloudflare, business email, business phone number)
  • Potential to grow into a leadership role over other team members as the team scales

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
