š About the Role
Weāre looking for a detailādriven Credit Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Development Finance team at Hampshire Trust Bank.
This role plays a critical part in protecting credit quality and ensuring lending activity remains fully aligned to sanction, policy and regulatory requirements. Youāll work across completions and inālife loan activity, reviewing documentation, professional reports and control checks to ensure every transaction meets HTBās high standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in development finance, credit operations or quality assurance, who enjoys working closely with relationship managers, portfolio managers and risk colleagues in a fastāpaced, specialist lending environment.
š¼ Key Responsibilities
Credit Quality & File Assurance
Review professional reports including solicitor reports on title, valuations and monitoring surveyor reports Identify risks, policy deviations and conditions not met Sign off loan files for completion and inālife changes, ensuring full alignment to credit sanction and policy

Controls, Compliance & InāLife Monitoring
Perform inālife control checks, including facility letter verification and AML/KYC compliance Support regulatory and operational control requirements Monitor professional panel insurance expiries and manage renewal documentation
Operations & Transaction Support
Process completion payments and invoices Oversee direct debit administration, including correspondence and claims Prepare and issue customer correspondence Maintain accurate and upātoādate customer account and file records

šÆ What Weāre Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
Experience within Development Finance or specialist property lending Knowledge of AML/KYC requirements Experience in a credit quality, credit operations or controlāfocused role (desirable) Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
