Credit Risk Analyst

Nottingham (4 days per week onsite)

We are working with a rapidly growing financial services business to help them find a Credit Risk Analyst on a permanent basis.

As part of this growth, we're looking to hire an additional Credit Risk professional to join an established team and help shape the next phase of the organisation's credit risk capability. The successful candidate could join at Analyst, Senior Analyst or Lead Analyst level depending on experience, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to take the next step in their career.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Credit Risk Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting credit risk strategy across the entire customer portfolio. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, helping turn complex data into meaningful insights that drive lending decisions and business performance.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of credit risk and wants to work in a fast-paced environment where their analysis has a genuine impact on business outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
