Credit Sales Vice President
Vice President – Leveraged & Loan Credit Sales Desk
We’ll look to you as we build the distribution capability in our Leveraged Credit Sales team, with a specific focus on leveraged, corporate, and infrastructure loans, as well as high yield bond products.
Following the respective markets, you’ll:
- Build broad product expertise
- Develop client relationships
- Maximise the velocity of balance sheet churn where available
This role involves considerable stakeholder engagement, including:
- Coordinating across the credit vertical with our syndicate, trading, and debt capital markets teams
- Selling authorised NatWest Markets products to approved clients

What You’ll Do
As Loan Sales Vice President, you’ll:
- Support the desk in credit analyses
- Coordinate closely with the trading desk
- Help uptier distribution capabilities across:
- Primary and secondary franchises for leveraged, corporate, and infrastructure loans
- High yield bonds
- Support client coverage, trade ideas, and tailored client solutions
- Engage with centres of excellence and knowledge teams across NatWest Markets and RBS

Additional Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain a robust risk control environment
- Support client coverage and engagement
- Stay abreast of market changes
- Comply with NatWest Markets risk management practices and policies
The Skills You’ll Need
- Proven experience in a credit sales role
- Completion of FCA exams
The Skills You’ll Demonstrate
- Entrepreneurial and can-do attitude
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with syndicate and trading teams
- Astute attention to detail
