Based in either our London or Milton Keynes office, we are looking to expand and grow our small, but perfectly formed Creditor Services team. The team itself sits within the wider firm, which focuses on both corporate and personal insolvency. The Creditor Services team deals with personal insolvencies, administrations, receiverships, liquidations, bankruptcies, proceeds of crime appointments, and restructuring / insolvency advice.

The Role

The main drive of this role is to identify, interpret, and secure potential insolvency appointments for the firm.

Why this role and a bit about you!

This role offers someone the chance to kick-start their career in an exciting sector, where quite literally no two days are the same. No previous experience in insolvency is required, but an appetite to learn and take onboard new knowledge and technical language (jargon!) would be a huge advantage.

A large proportion of this role will be spent on the phone; both internally and externally, so it is important that you are a confident communicator who enjoys speaking to a broad range of people. An eye for detail and a willingness to ask inquisitive questions would also help to make you a success in this role.

This role sits within a team, so you should be a good team player, who is willing to roll up their sleeves when required. Therefore, a positive, flexible, can-do attitude is what makes you stand out from other applications.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
