About Us
At Wingstop, we’re not just in the chicken business, we’re in the flavour business. Creating memorable experiences for our customers and team is what we do best, and we’ve got the awards to prove it (Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024 & 2025 and Deliveroo’s Restaurant of the Year). But our mission remains simple: BRING THE FLAVOUR.
About the Role
As a Crew Member, you’ll be at the heart of the action, delivering an outstanding experience for every customer. Whether you’re taking orders, preparing our iconic wings, or keeping the restaurant looking its best, you’ll play a key part in bringing the flavour and energy we’re known for.
You’ll work as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment, learning new skills and building confidence along the way. No two shifts are the same, and you’ll thrive on keeping things moving while having fun with your team.
This role is based in one of our restaurants where customers can dine in, as well as order takeaway and delivery. It’s fast-paced, high-energy, and team-driven. You’ll be right at the heart of it, helping create great experiences for every customer.

- Welcoming customers and setting the tone from the start
- Taking orders and keeping things moving during busy periods
- Preparing food to Wingstop’s high standards
- Keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
