Position Type: Casual Contract
Gross Salary: £13.62 per hour
We are looking for a friendly, passionate, and energetic Crew Member to join the team at the Moxy Chester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-quality customer service and attentive guest interactions.
- Serve as the first point of contact for hotel guests.
- Answer and manage both internal and external calls.
- Ensure strong knowledge of hotel facilities and services to assist guests efficiently.
- Handle general guest requests with a smile.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working nights and shifts based on team and guest demand.

Useful Experience:
While not mandatory, the following experience will be beneficial:
- Prior experience within the service industry, particularly in hospitality.
- Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Familiarity with Food Safety & Licensing laws.
- Personal experience in travel and the travel industry.
