Position: Full-time contract
Gross Salary: £13.62 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, passionate and energetic Crew Member to join our dynamic team at Moxy, delivering exceptional front-line service.
As a Crew Member, you’ll be our first point of contact for guests, providing attentive and customer-focused service while representing Moxy’s brand standards. Your role requires teamwork, adaptability, and a genuine desire to create positive experiences for guests. We actively encourage you to bring your unique personality to the role while fostering excellent teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top-quality customer service in a friendly, engaging manner
- Act as first point of contact for guests internally and externally
- Answer both internal and external calls
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and services
- Address general guest requests efficiently and professionally
- Be flexible with working hours, including night shifts as required

What We’re Looking For
While no prior experience is mandatory, the following will help:
- Experience in the service industry
- Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
- Understanding of Food Safety & Licensing laws
- Personal insight into the travel industry
Candidates may be assessed through a personality evaluation during the recruitment process.
