As a Crew Member, you’ll ensure:
- Hot food is delivered
- The restaurant remains clean and friendly
- Customers feel valued in the dining areas
You’ll consistently deliver at the highest standards for quality, service, and cleanliness, ensuring:
- Friendly, fast, and accurate service
- Compliance with training, company guidelines, and management direction
- Adherence to all workplace safety, security, and food hygiene procedures
- Courteous and respectful interactions with both customers and colleagues
