Missions
- Manage crew planning, rotations and crew changes for assigned vessels.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, liaising with recruitment agencies to source qualified seafarers and negotiate costs.
- Prepare employment contracts and oversee crew mobilization processes.
- Ensure all crew certifications, training, visas, passports and medical documentation remain valid and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate training requirements with external training providers and relevant authorities.
- Review seafarer appraisals and implement appropriate actions regarding promotions, training and performance management.
- Monitor manning levels to ensure vessels remain compliant with Safe Manning requirements while optimizing crewing costs.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure the crewing database is continuously updated.
- Supervise and support the Crewing Officers and Assistants in the management of personnel documentation, certification and training records.
- Liaise with internal departments, agents, agencies and crew members to ensure timely and accurate communication.
- Provide out-of-hours support when operationally required.

Profile
- Previous experience in Crewing, Maritime Operations, or a similar role.
- Proven team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, certifications, and crew administration.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
