Job Context
World Sports is seeking a passionate and experienced Cricket Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the game, strong coaching skills, and a commitment to developing young talent.
Job Responsibility
Player Development:
- Conduct training sessions for players of all ages and skill levels.
- Develop individual training plans to improve players' skills.
- Provide technical and tactical guidance.
- Encourage a positive and supportive training environment.
Team Management:
- Organize and lead training sessions and matches.
- Select and manage teams for various competitions.
- Motivate and inspire players to achieve their full potential.
- Foster teamwork and sportsmanship among players.

Strategy Development:
- Develop effective game plans and strategies for different match situations.
- Analyze team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement innovative coaching techniques.
Player Recruitment:
- Identify and recruit talented players.
- Conduct trials and assessments to evaluate player potential.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of player performance and attendance.
- Prepare match reports and other administrative documents.
- Liaise with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.

Employee Status

Educational Requirements
- Proven experience as a cricket coach
- Relevant coaching qualifications (e.g., Level 1, Level 2)
- In-depth knowledge of cricket rules, tactics, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for the game and a commitment to player development
