Exciting Opportunity in the Acute Directorate – Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Service (CRHT)
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Acute Directorate – Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Service (CRHT) within the North Lincolnshire Mental Health Care Group at Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH).
The Acute Directorate has recently benefitted from a multi-million-pound capital investment, transforming our estate and creating a modern, therapeutic and purpose-built environment to support people experiencing a mental health crisis.
Our Services
Our services provide timely crisis assessment and intensive home treatment for residents of North Lincolnshire, with the aim of supporting people in the least restrictive environment and reducing unnecessary attendances at Accident & Emergency at the local general hospital.
We are about to embark on an exciting extension and enhancement of our current Crisis and Home Treatment provision with the offer of a full 24/7 walk-in service at Great Oaks Mental Health Unit. This is designed to provide rapid, responsive assessment in a safe and supportive environment at the point of mental health crisis.
This development supports our ambition to meet the waiting time standards for crisis assessments and ensures individuals receive the right care, at the right time, in the right place by the right professional.
Why Join Us?
If you are passionate about delivering compassionate crisis care, working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, and helping to shape an evolving service, we would love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
