Global CRM Activation & Campaign Lead
📍 UK / Remote (UK Citizens only, sponsorship not available)
💷 £65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits
I'm currently supporting an international consumer brand that's looking to hire a Global CRM Activation & Campaign Lead.
This role would suit someone who enjoys sitting between strategy and execution - leading CRM activation, coordinating campaigns across markets, partnering with commercial teams and ensuring great ideas actually get delivered.
You'll manage a small CRM team and play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention and commercial performance through effective CRM planning and activation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading CRM campaign planning and activation across multiple markets
- Managing CRM calendars and commercial campaign delivery
- Supporting launches, promotions and seasonal activity
- Driving customer lifecycle and engagement programmes
- Partnering with commercial, digital, marketing and creative teams
- Leading and developing CRM specialists
- Supporting CRM automation and customer journey improvements
- Driving CRM best practice and campaign optimisation
