Yeomans Limited is a successful, privately-owned motor retail business which operates thirty-three dealerships and represents twelve franchises. Operating locations span the south coast of England, from Bexhill-on-Sea in East Sussex to Helston in Cornwall and extend inland as far as Guildford, Farnham, and Bridgwater.

CRM Team Overview

The CRM team provide essential support to the delivery of a premium customer experience by developing effective customer relationship processes, from enquiry management through to purchase and post sales retention. Due to continued business growth, the CRM manager is looking for an intelligent, IT-literate, and conscientious person to join the team as CRM administrator.

Your Duties

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the CRM system, ensuring its smooth functioning and availability to users.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data, ensuring data integrity and cleanliness. Regularly performing data imports, deduplication, and data quality audits.
  • Providing support to CRM users, addressing any issues or questions.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to the CRM system to enhance efficiency and user experience. Customising the system to meet the specific needs of different departments.
  • Developing and generating regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer interactions, sales performance, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensuring seamless integration between the CRM system and other business applications and tools.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and optimise CRM-related business processes.
  • Ensuring the CRM system complies with data protection regulations and maintain high standards of data security.

Requirements

  • Experience on Kerridge DMS (preferred)
  • Detail-oriented & well-organized
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Thorough and able to work with defined processes and guidelines

The ideal candidate will be well-presented and happy working in a fast-moving environment. Ideally experienced on Kerridge DMS, but we are able to offer full support and training if required.

The successful applicant will have proven ability in the effective use of Excel, and have the aptitude to compile, sort, manipulate, and import and export data within this format. You will have recent experience of working in a professional office environment and have an interest in the maintenance and application of modern business databases. The Keyloop CRM database used is motor trade specific, so full training will be given. Please note that this is an office-based position. Hours are 08:30 to 17:00 with a lunch break of one hour. You will need your own transport to get to the office as it is just outside Worthing – parking is available.
