Job Title: CRM Analyst
Department: CRM
Reporting to: CRM Analytics Manager
Location: London
Purpose of the Role
Sitting within the Global CRM team, the CRM Analyst will play a key role in shaping and optimising Jimmy Choo's customer strategy through data-driven insights and customer analytics. The role will support revenue growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the client experience through actionable customer insights and analytics. The successful candidate will play a key part in developing a better understanding of our customers and in driving the performance of existing and new customer-centric programs.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Analyse customer behaviour and identify opportunities to improve CRM and clienteling performance;
- Measure and communicate the business impact of CRM initiatives and customer programmes;
- Develop and maintain high quality dashboards that are used across the business to monitor the performance of Global and Regional CRM campaigns; provide recommendations to increase ROI;
- Support qualitative and quantitative research projects to provide further insight into customers’ behaviour and preferences;
- Use the customer segmentation, predictive modelling and analyses to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue;
- Partner with CRM, Clienteling, Marketing, Digital, and Regional teams to translate business questions into actionable analysis.

Experience
- 2–4 years' experience in CRM Analytics, Customer Insights, Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, or a similar analytical role;
- Strong analytical skills and experience of working with large, complex data sets;
- Fully proficient with Excel and PowerPoint;
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English;
- Commercial acumen with an affinity for Retail, Fashion or Luxury industry;
- Curious, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills;
- Strong data visualisation and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights;
- Passion for understanding customer behaviour and delivering customer-centric business solutions;
- Solid organizational skills with an ability to multitask;
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science) or Marketing.
