We are looking for an agile and proactive CRM Assistant with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit who can help us nurture this company culture.
Reporting to the CRM Manager, the CRM Assistant will help to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention through effective CRM programmes, taking an integrated multichannel approach and putting the consumer at the heart of all decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the CRM Manager to create the email and SMS content schedule, ensuring that it aligns with the global marketing plan and brand guidelines
- Manage end to end process for all emails and SMS, including briefing, building, approvals and scheduling, ensuring that all emails render correctly across all screen resolutions
- Work closely with the brand, copy and design teams to ensure the concept brief is met
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time
- Support the development of new email themes, creative concepts, targeted content and personalisation
- Work with the CRM Manager to develop and optimise our existing automated email journeys, such as post purchase, welcome and abandon journeys
- Support on weekly, monthly and adhoc CRM reporting
- Help deliver an A/B testing strategy for CRM campaigns to improve performance against agreed KPIs and report back on insights
- Create personalised campaigns to encourage engagement and conversion
- Assist CRM Manager with email database growth initiatives such as competitions
- Support CRM Team with adhoc tasks across all communications channels (email, SMS, Direct Mail)

ABOUT YOU
- Experience executing email marketing campaigns, preferably for a global, multi-channel retailer
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for CRM and email marketing
- Experience using an ESP (Klaviyo desirable)
- Good analytical skills and working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload to work towards tight deadlines
- A creative, problem-solving spirit
- Passion for the OKA brand
