CRM Assistant

Job Purpose
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented CRM Assistant to join our Digital Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the planning, execution and optimisation of our customer email marketing programme, helping to deliver engaging and personalised communications that drive customer engagement, loyalty and commercial performance.
Working closely with the CRM team, you'll support campaign delivery from briefing through to deployment, while gaining hands-on experience in customer segmentation, testing, reporting and email marketing best practice.

Job Responsibilities
- Support the creation, testing and deployment of CRM email campaigns.
- Assist with customer segmentation, campaign scheduling and quality assurance to ensure emails are accurate and delivered on time.
- Help manage the day-to-day CRM campaign calendar and support key marketing campaigns throughout the year.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting, sharing insights with the wider team.
- Work collaboratively with teams across Marketing, Creative and Trading to deliver engaging customer communications.
- Stay up to date with CRM and email marketing trends, bringing new ideas and a willingness to learn.
