Job Description
Purpose of the role
The Associate will support the Client Relationship Manager covering Israel (institutional and wealth clients), working across Brookfield’s private market asset classes, including Real Estate, Infrastructure, Energy, Private Equity, and Credit.
Responsibilities
Support the full fundraising lifecycle, including marketing activities, client due diligence, and onboarding processes Coordinate internal efforts to support CRM initiatives and ensure effective coverage of Israeli institutional and wealth clients Act as a key contact for clients, preparing materials, responding to investor requests, and supporting ongoing relationship management Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and develop targeted investor and prospect lists Coordinate and attend client meetings, due diligence sessions, and internal investment updates; prepare briefing materials and manage follow-ups Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across different teams Proactively manage and deliver clients requests on time, including due diligence requests, marketing materials, and documentation Develop a deep understanding of Brookfield’s platform and ecosystem and share ideas, solutions Take ownership of bespoke client projects and complex request Support the planning and execution of roadshows, conferences, and investor events Maintain and enhance CRM systems (Salesforce), ensuring accurate data and reporting Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding process and high-quality client experience

Qualifications
3-5 years’ experience working in the financial services industry; property, infrastructure, private equity or alternative asset funds knowledge Proficient in English and Hebrew Strong investment and financial analytical and reporting capabilities Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), experience of Salesforce a plus Team player with positive attitude and pro-active approach to work Able to develop a strong internal/external relationships Proactively seeks opportunities to get involved in challenging projects Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced and team-oriented environment Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and creative problem-solving ability Strong written and verbal communication skills including preparation and delivery of presentations Self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail Open to frequently travel to Israel
