Position: Full Time | Permanent
At Speedy Freight, we're growing fast, and we're looking for someone who loves bringing together people, systems and data to make a real commercial impact.
This isn't a back-office CRM administration role. You'll become the go-to expert for HubSpot across our national network, helping teams get the very best from our business systems while providing the insight that drives better commercial decisions.

What you'll do
- Manage and develop HubSpot CRM.
- Build reports, dashboards and commercial insights.
- Create workflows, automations and sales pipelines.
- Maintain CRM data quality and segmentation.
- Support sales and marketing lead management.
- Train and support HubSpot users across the business.
- Work with franchisees and managers to improve system adoption.
- Analyse sales performance and identify trends.
- Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency.
- Work with Marketing, Sales, Operations and IT on new system enhancements.

What you'll bring
- Experience using HubSpot CRM.
- Experience managing CRM data and reporting.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience building dashboards (Power BI desirable).
- Commercial awareness and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience improving business processes and user adoption.
- Confident delivering training and supporting users.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Desirable:
- HubSpot Certifications.
- Power BI experience.
- Sales Operations, CRM Administration or Revenue Operations experience.
- Experience within logistics, transport or franchising.
- Knowledge of Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
- Experience with CRM integrations.
