CRM Campaign Automation Specialist
Location: Gaydon (Hybrid)
Salary: £27 an hour
Contract: 12 months

We're looking for a CRM Campaign Automation Specialist to join one of the world's most iconic automotive brands. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of customer communications across luxury brands, delivering data-driven, personalised campaigns that enhance every stage of the customer lifecycle.
Working within a collaborative global team, you'll help define and deliver strategic omni-channel communications, ensuring every customer interaction is relevant, engaging, and aligned with a world-class client experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the implementation of the global CRM contact strategy across multiple luxury automotive brands.
- Deliver strategic, omni-channel CRM campaigns throughout the full customer lifecycle.
- Help design and optimise customer journeys, ensuring communications are timely, personalised, and customer-centric.
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, data, and global stakeholders to deliver best-in-class campaign activation.
- Analyse campaign performance and customer insights to continuously improve engagement and personalisation.
- Champion data-led decision making to enhance customer communications and campaign effectiveness.
- Support the rollout of global communications programmes across international markets.
- Ensure messaging remains consistent across all customer touchpoints.

What We're Looking For
You'll have experience delivering CRM or lifecycle marketing campaigns and understand how to use customer data to create meaningful, personalised experiences.
You'll ideally have experience with:
- CRM campaign planning and execution.
- Customer journey mapping and lifecycle communications.
- Multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, SMS, and digital channels.
- Customer segmentation and data-driven marketing.
- Campaign reporting, analytics, and continuous optimisation.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Working within Agile environments.

Desirable Experience
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, or related modules).
- Experience working with global marketing teams.
- Agency management.
- Luxury, retail, automotive, travel, or eCommerce environments.

You're a collaborative communicator who enjoys working across multiple teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You combine strategic thinking with strong campaign execution skills and are passionate about using data to improve customer engagement.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement are encouraged, and where your work has a direct impact on the customer experience.
