CRM Campaign Automation Specialist

Our OEM Client based in Gaydon, is searching for a CRM Campaign Automation Specialist to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position with a proposed end date of 1st August 2027.

Umbrella Pay Rate: £29.96 per hour.

Duties

As a CRM Campaign Automation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic, modern luxury communications across the full client lifecycle for the brands.

Bringing a genuine passion for our clients and our iconic brands, you will help define meaningful touchpoints, contribute to the development of our holistic in‑life communication strategy, and support the future direction of our client experience. Your work will ensure we deliver seamless, consistent and personalised communications across multiple channels.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in marketing strategy and campaign activation who instinctively puts the customer at the centre of every interaction. You will be instrumental in supporting the creation and delivery of communications that align with our Client Experience Framework and elevate the personalised journeys we offer.

  • Support the implementation of the Global Contact Strategy, ensuring alignment with the Client Experience Framework.
  • Contribute to the delivery of global strategic omni-channel communications programmes across the full end‑to‑end client lifecycle, assist in rolling out global communications programmes across markets, driving best‑practice campaign activation.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships through regular engagement and communication.
  • Champion continuous improvement through data led reporting that supports the evolution of strategic, modern luxury communications across all brands.

Essential Skills, Knowledge And Experience Required

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills you’ll need to help you succeed, including:

  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to simplify complex topics into clear, accessible language.
  • Experience working in CRM or campaign strategy, with a solid understanding of multi‑channel campaign activation.
  • Proven ability to map customer journeys and optimise or rationalise touchpoints to enhance personalisation.
  • Strong appreciation of data as a key enabler of personalised, insight‑driven customer journeys.
  • Skilled in maintaining consistent 1‑to‑1 messaging across multiple channels.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.

Desirable Skills, Knowledge And Experience Requested

  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Studios.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and experience managing agencies.
