Expleo is looking for a CRM Campaign Automation Specialist to join our team and support a leading premium automotive client.
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused marketing professional to help deliver strategic, data-driven communications across the full customer lifecycle.
Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will play a key role in developing and activating personalized, omni-channel campaigns that enhance customer engagement, strengthen loyalty, and support a modern luxury customer experience.
Location: Gaydon, UK
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months) – Maternity Cover

Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the Global Contact Strategy, ensuring alignment with customer experience objectives.
- Assist in the delivery of strategic omni-channel communication programmes across the entire customer lifecycle.
- Support the rollout of global CRM initiatives and best-practice campaign activation across multiple markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide data-led recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Help optimise customer journeys and touchpoints to deliver more personalised customer experiences.
- Ensure consistent and relevant communications across multiple customer channels.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, campaign management, or marketing automation.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign planning and activation.
- Experience mapping and enhancing customer journeys.
- Ability to use customer insights and data to drive engagement strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex information and present clear recommendations.
- Experience delivering personalised customer communications at scale.
