Job Description
Experian Consumer Services is looking for a CRM Campaign Executive to join our D2C marketing function to help shape the future of customer engagement by crafting seamless customer journeys and delivering impactful campaigns.
This is a Hybrid, London-based role (40% in the office) reporting to the Head of CRM Data & Operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end email deployment process – from planning and execution to testing and delivery. You will ensure campaigns and triggered communications go out on time, every time.
- Design and execute multi-channel customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder), you will align messaging across email, SMS, push notifications, and more.
- Champion customer-centricity by embedding fair treatment and regulatory compliance into every campaign.
- Build and maintain responsive, accessible HTML email templates with dynamic content, using tools like Taxi for Email and Litmus for testing.
- Continuously optimise campaigns through A/B testing, performance analysis, and actionable insights.
- Be the subject matter expert on email best practices, design trends, and innovations in CRM and marketing automation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, data, and product teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in CRM and B2C campaign management, with a strong grasp of customer lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, and dynamic content.
- Proficiency in HTML for email focused on design and accessibility
- Data-drive – you love using insights to improve targeting, segmentation, and performance.
- Familiarity with tools like Taxi for Email, Litmus, and SFMC.
- AI literacy
