Who We Are
Intentive is a CRM consultancy built for the AI inbox era. We help consumer brands turn CRM from a channel that quietly erodes the brand into one that actively enriches it.
Our philosophy is simple: every send either erodes or enriches, and there is no neutral. So we treat every send as a brand act with a commercial outcome, and we ship in small two-week bets so we learn fast and keep improving.
Now we need a versatile CRM consultant to take real ownership of a small portfolio of varied clients and help them drive real growth through best-in-class CRM.
The Role
You'll own two to three clients end to end and be accountable for each one, running the full arc: diagnose the programme with our audit, build the Intentive Score, shape the plan, then do the work to deliver it, the campaigns, the automations, the sends, the reporting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This isn't a purely strategic seat, the execution is yours as well, so you'll need to be an all-rounder CRM expert with clear thinking and sharp prioritisation skills.
You won't be on your own. You'll have design and copy support, and you'll be backed the whole way by the founder and the team, so there's real autonomy and you'll grow fast.
You'll be the client's main point of contact and report to the founder.
What You'll Do
- Run the Intentive Score audit: score the programme, find where the brand equity is leaking, and turn it into a clear plan.
- Shape the lifecycle strategy: onboarding, retention, win-back and reactivation, mapped as journeys rather than one-off campaigns.
- Do the execution: run audience segmentation for personalised content, build and schedule the campaigns, set up the automations and SMS journeys, all whilst keeping deliverability healthy.
- Own reporting and analytics, and re-score the Intentive Score each quarter to show the trajectory.
- Run the client relationship day to day, and use AI across the job so it handles the drudge and you handle the judgement.
What You'll Bring
- Several years of hands-on B2C or consumer CRM and lifecycle work, across both the thinking and the doing.
- Strong all-round CRM knowledge: email marketing, SMS automations, campaign build and management, and good deliverability practice.
- Hands-on delivery experience with two or more of Klaviyo, Omnisend, Iterable, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, HubSpot and other modern CRM/CDP platforms. (Let us know in your application which you're most accustomed to using)
- Real audit-to-execution range, and comfort with data, reporting and analytics.
- Client-facing confidence with senior stakeholders, and the prioritisation to run your accounts on your own, with support when you need it.
- Strong written and spoken English.

How to Apply
Send a CV and a short note to hires@intentive.digital with the subject line "CRM Consultant — [Your Name]". Tell us which ESPs you've delivered on, and walk us through a CRM programme you owned from diagnosis to results.
Applications that do not adhere to the above will not be considered.
The process will be two stages: a chemistry call, then a detailed scenario-based session where we work through a real client problem together and see how you think.
No agencies, please.
