As our CRM & Customer Analytics Manager, you'll provide CRM and customer analytics support within UKI, analysing customer data and delivering insights that optimise customer relationship strategies to drive engagement, retention, and value growth.

About The Job
- You'll analyse results of CRM campaigns and activities, supporting the implementation of A/B tests while preparing post-campaign reports with key metrics and insights.
- Collecting and analysing customer data from various sources, you'll identify patterns and trends in customer behavior to support customer profiling initiatives.
- We'll look to you to assist in implementing customer segmentation models, analysing segment performance and characteristics while supporting targeting strategies for different customer groups.
- Analysing customer interactions across touchpoints, you'll support customer journey mapping initiatives and identify potential pain points in the customer experience.
- Your role will involve creating and maintaining regular CRM and customer reports, updating dashboards with current customer metrics while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Working closely with the Marketing & Sales Analytics team, CRM team, Performance Marketing team, Digital Sales team, and CRM platform vendors, you'll respond to ad-hoc requests and provide analytical support for customer-focused initiatives.

About You
- You’ll have a relevant qualification, such as, a degree in a quantitative field like Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Analytics, or relevant experience.
- Your 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in CRM or customer analytics, demonstrates your proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- You bring knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualisation tools along with understanding of CRM metrics and customer lifecycle concepts.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Your ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely helps you collaborate effectively with team members on analytics projects.
- You have knowledge of customer segmentation techniques with understanding of statistical methods and aptitude for use of AI tools (desirable: experience with CRM platforms).
