Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development and customization of CRM solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Design and implement workflows, automation, integrations, and custom modules
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across CRM systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Support, and IT
- Manage CRM upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning
- Mentor and guide a team of CRM developers and analysts
- Stay updated with CRM trends, tools, and best practices
