Job Title: CRM Executive @ Iconic Multi-Brand Hospitality Group
Location: London (4 days in-office)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
One of the UK's most iconic hospitality brands is looking for a CRM Executive to join their busy marketing team and support campaign delivery across a portfolio of brands in multi-markets.
This is a brilliant opportunity to play a key role in bringing campaigns to life across multiple international markets, focusing on high-quality email communications, enhancing the guest journey through targeted and automated campaigns, and supporting the growth of first-party data.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, perfect for someone early in their CRM career who wants exposure to a genuinely global, high-profile brand portfolio, working across busy, deadline-driven campaign cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns, primarily email, from briefing through to deployment
- Build, test and deploy campaign emails within the CRM platform, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards
- Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to interpret briefs and translate them into engaging CRM communications
- Write and adapt compelling, on-brand copy that drives engagement and conversion
- Manage a busy communications schedule, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines
- Project manage campaign workflows to ensure smooth delivery across multiple stakeholders
- Produce regular campaign reporting, analysing performance and identifying key trends and optimisation opportunities
- Support the development and execution of automated email journeys to enhance the digital guest experience
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at growing and improving first-party data capture and utilisation

Skills & Experience Required
- Experience working with a CRM platform (e.g. Iterable, Dotdigital, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Braze, HubSpot or similar)
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor tone and messaging to different audiences
- Comfortable working with data, including campaign reporting and performance analysis
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong project management skills and ability to work at pace in a demanding environment
- Technically curious and quick to learn new systems and tools
- Minimum 1 year CRM / digital marketing experience
- Experience working across multiple markets desirable
