CRM Executive (12-Month FTC) - Global Luxury Retailer

West London, UK
Up to £40,000 + 25 days holiday
Hybrid Working | September Start

About the Brand

Our client is a well-established global retailer with a network of over 500 stores worldwide. Offering an extensive range of luxury and lifestyle products, including fragrance, beauty, jewellery, and accessories, they are recognised for delivering a premium customer experience both in-store and online. Serving millions of customers each year and employing close to 10,000 people globally, they are a respected and fast-paced business with a strong international presence.

The Role

We are exclusively partnering with our client to recruit a CRM Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. Based in West London with hybrid working, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of CRM activity across the full customer lifecycle.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, data-driven CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and app notifications. Working closely with the wider digital, creative, and e-commerce teams, you'll play a key role in driving customer acquisition, retention, reactivation, and long-term loyalty. This role would suit a proactive and commercially-minded CRM professional who enjoys combining creativity with data to deliver measurable results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
